Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
